It starts when you arrange service for your vehicle. Our Service Advisor will send you a link to a user-friendly website, where you will designate the exact pickup date, location and time you want. We’ll notify you when the driver is on the way in your complimentary Lincoln loaner with an already-completed loaner agreement that only requires your signature.
Once the service has been completed, we’ll alert you that a dealer-designated driver will deliver your washed and serviced vehicle back to you, again at the time and location of your choosing.
